Job Description TITLE: Territory Manager

TERRITORY: Birmingham, Worcester & Warwickshire, Staffordshire, Shropshire, Derbyshire, North Wales, Cheshire, Merseyside.

PRODUCTS: Medical Urology portfolio- Bags, Catheters, Bladder Scanners.

CLIENTS: Secondary Care

ROLE: An exciting opportunity exists to join the highly successful and market leading Urology Division at Bard. The role will report into the Western Urology Sales Manager. The role will be accountable for sales within the Birmingham, Worcestershire and Warwickshire Territory.

The job will involve promotion of the Bard Medical range to both the hospital and primary care sector. In particular, two significant product launches in 2007 will offer high value commission opportunities in addition to an already generous performance based bonus plan.
Person Profile REQUIREMENTS: MUST be an experienced medical sales representative with a minimum of 1 years experience selling products.

A confident, proactive and dynamic performer capable of accelerating growth to deliver sales targets
Personal qualities consistent with exceptional performance
A customer focused, dynamic and forward thinking team player
Documented evidence of a successful sales track record
Be IT literate and able to demonstrate effective use of the web based business tools provided to ensure success.
