BARD BIOPSY SYSTEMS - SALES SPECIALIST
TERRITORY: SouthWest + South Wales: ideal location Bristol
PRODUCTS: Biopsy systems for obtaining core tissue / bone samples used to reduce
the incidence of open surgical biopsies.
CLIENTS: Hospitals
Further to the ongoing success of the Bard Biopsy Systems Division the opportunity has arisen for the position of Sale Specialist. The role will make a key contribution to the development and success of our team of Biopsy sales specialists. The role reports into the Sales and Marketing Manager, Bard Biopsy systems division.
With a key focus on maximizing sales and profitability, the role will include:
Maximizing the potential of a traditionally profitable territory
Working with the key NHS customers groups to structure, build and develop solid relationships to ensure long term business success.
Achievement of targeted growth over previous year
Management of individual expenses
Implementation of tactical sales campaigns, e.g. Vacora and Breast markers

Charisma, excellent analytical skills and sound commercial acumen- this will be combined with an informed view of the changing NHS and its evolving requirements.
Must possess a proven track record via documentation and references.
Excellent presentation and PC based skills and the determination and competence to deliver results.

| Interview Process |
One to one and panel interviews . Candidates will be required to participate in an assessment interview and a field visit with a co-worker. At each stage of the interview process you will be measured on personal motivation, action orientation, planning/organising, interpersonal sensitivity and emotional intelligence.
