Person Profile	The Specialist Representative role sits within the Specialist Care Division of AstraZeneca UK Ltd, reporting to the IHBM. The role will involve extensive face-to-face selling to prescribing customers. Therefore, requires extensive knowledge and passion for the brand. The role requires the ability to engage and influence customers at all levels together with having the ability to identify solutions for customers and facilitate change that benefits both patients and our business. Essential: o Proven track record of sales success in NHS or Pharmaceutical industry role o Strong communication and influencing skills o Clear understanding of decision making processes within hospital and the NHS environment o Effective networking, negotiation and presentation skills together with good business acumen o Self starter and problem solver who is willing to take responsibility for own actions and results o Ability to influence through understanding of the Divisional Plan
Job Package	PACKAGE: "Advantage Scheme" - flexible monetary fund - buy & sell - Basic salary negotiable depending on experience (reviews carried out annually in April - Bonus scheme: �1,500 per quarter for achievement of target. �2,000 if 105% of target at end of year).
