You will join us with strong commercial and planning skills, the ability to manage customer accounts to deliver commercial return and the gravitas and communication skills to effectively influence senior NHS customers. You will develop and maintain a high standard of selling skills, product knowledge and knowledge of the NHS, ensuring that all activities comply with AZ’s corporate standards and the ABPI code. You will have the freedom to explore more creative ways to engage customers and deliver your business and be expected to work collaboratively with the wider team.
Skills & Capabilities
Essential:
o Proven track record of sales success in NHS or Pharmaceutical industry role
o Strong communication and influencing skills
o Clear understanding of decision making processes within hospital and the NHS environment
o Effective networking, negotiation and presentation skills together with good business acumen
o Self starter and problem solver who is willing to take responsibility for own actions and results
o Ability to influence through understanding of the Divisional Plan

- Basic salary negotiable depending on experience (reviews carried out annually in April
