Responsibilities
Maximising prescribing of your brand through promotion to key influencers and prescribers - This will include Hospital Consultants, Specialist Registrar's, GP Specialists, PCO Prescribing Leads, Commissioning Leads etc
Designing and delivering solutions to LHE issues that develop AZ business in your therapy area - You will be accountable for facilitating change programmes that shape the environment favourably for your brand in your LHEs.
Driving brand focus within the wider account team - You will be accountable for pro-actively identifying what is needed for your account team to succeed with your brand and for championing your brand within the team. If requested, you will be accountable for effective training of your colleagues on your therapy area, your brand and the NHS context.
Person Profile Experience of working in an NHS or pharmaceutical/healthcare industry role
Proven track record of sales
Proven track record in influencing the prescribing decision-making process with senior NHS customers in primary and secondary care
In depth knowledge of chosen therapy area or ability to take on high volumes of new information quickly
Self starter & effective problem solver - accountable for own actions and results
Job Package Package: - Basic salary negotiable depending on experience (reviews carried out annually in April
- Bonus scheme: £1,500 per quarter for achievement of target. £2,000 if 105% of target at end of year). Annual bonus May based on company performance (paid if 105%+)
