Marketing Executive based Bucks with some UK & international travel.
Reporting to: Sales and Marketing Director
Products: Surgical Robotic solutions to enable more accurate, less invasive surgical approaches (Neurosurgery, Urology, Bariatrics, Cardiothoracic, Laparoscopic/Endoscopic
General Surgery , OB / GYN, Orthopaedics)
ROLE: To co-ordinate marketing communications activities for Prosurgics UK and export territories.
2. To work with marketing specialists in Prosurgics sales subsidiaries to ensure a co-ordinated approach to all marketing activities
Key Responsibilities
1. Plan and implement marketing communications activities including origination of brochures, advertising, direct mail, and sales support materials.
2. Develop, manage and regularly update the content of the Prosurgics' corporate and product web sites.
3. Liaise with and co-ordinate the activities of external marketing and PR agency activities.
4. Plan and co-ordinate the Company's attendance at exhibitions worldwide. Maintain and update exhibition materials.
5. Act as first point of contact for general sales and marketing enquiries by phone and e-mail.
6. Co-ordinate all shareholder communications activities
7. Working with Product Managers, develop and maintain a marketing information system.
8. Carry out market research, competitor and customer surveys.
9. To create and maintain customer, prospect, and lead databases, for UK and international markets
10. In conjunction with UK sales team to co-ordinate direct marketing campaigns in UK
11. To create commercial proposals and quotations for UK and international markets.
12. Represent the company at exhibitions and other events.
13. Work to budgets and timescales agreed with Sales and Marketing Director.
14. Maintain product user manuals as required.
15. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing programmes and provide appropriate management information.

| Person Profile |
1. Most probably a graduate, with CIM qualification.
2. Ideally 3 years experience in marketing. Healthcare and/or b2b sector experience an advantage
3. IT literate, competent with MS Office suite and basic desktop publishing, web authoring and graphics packages
4. Full, clean driving licence
5. Additional languages will be an advantage

Base Salary of up to £25,000
