TERRITORY: North West London (Ealing, Camden, Brent, Harrow, Hillingdon)
PRODUCTS: Psychiatry - Cipralex (Anti-depressant)
CLIENTS: Hospitals & PCT
PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Maximise sales of promoted products in secondary care and key PCO accounts. Maximise impact of secondary care and key PCOs on primary care sales.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Exceed sales targets of promoted brands.
2. Achieve commercially positive formulary, guideline and protocol inclusion for promoted brands in agreed key accounts.
3. Achieve agreed activity and coverage targets on identified target customers in key accounts.
4. Build strong business relationships in secondary and primary care to maximise sales potential on the region.
5. Develop National and Regional Opinion Leaders and Product Champions to influence primary care sales growth.
6. Write, implement and review an effective territory business plan on key accounts in line with the Company, Marketing & Regional objectives.
7. Maximise sales through effective key account management.
8. Work with and communicate effectively with all relevant regional sales personnel to ensure regional plan is aligned for maximum sales return.
9. Demonstrate and maintain efficient administrative processes inherent in the operation of any sales territory, particularly excellent customer/customer interaction details on the company customer database.
10. Take a shared responsibility and ownership for continued education and acquisition of relevant knowledge and skills in order to perform to the optimum level. |

| Interview Process |
Lundbeck have a 3 stage interview process which is outlined below
We conduct a telephone pre-screen which is held by one of the HR team. This is a 10 to
15mins call which will include some basic competency questions about the Applicants skills
and experience.
The Applicant will then attend a face-to-face interview with the line manager. This will be a full
competency interview focusing on 4 main areas (Applicants should allow at least 1 hour)
On satisfactory completion of the 1st stage interview the Applicant will be invited to attend an
Assessment centre at out head office in Milton Keynes. This is a full day and will cover the
following:
1. Online personality questioner (before attending the Assessment centre)
2. Competency based interview with an assessor
3. Role play exercise
4. Analysis Presentation
5. Verbal and Numerical test
How quickly will the decision be made:
Depending on how many Candidates attend the assessment centre Lundbeck hope to have
feedback to the Agency within 4 working days |
