Person Profile Candidate :

* Looking for some middle level market researchers, who have developed the skills and have the drive and desire to develop their skills into a Management role & have a keen interest in taking the research to another level working alongside the Project Director on key initiatives
* Proven experience of qualitative or quantitative research.
* Commercially aware
* Proven experience working on Market Research projects
* Can demonstrate different methodologies used.
* Is competent in Managing small scale projects independently/ Supported by a Project leader in larger scale projects whilst developing in taking the lead.
* May consider candidates from non pharma research background (although the ideal is if they can demonstrate why pharma is an area they might consider/might appeal)
* Will consider someone with non agency background, provided there is a strong rationale of why good fit.
* Will also consider post-graduated who have completed a degree (preferably a higher degree) and can provide evidence of exposure to all aspects of market research processes from set up through to presentation, including conducting focus groups/interviewing, questionnaire design, interviewing, analysis, compilation of presentations based on client objectives.

Job Comments Title: Junior Research Exec/Research Exec/Senior Research Exec

Locations: Working within International research - Macclesfield.

Role: An opportunity has arisen for a Research Executive to join the International Market Research division of the company. The role will require the individual to work both qualitative and quantitative market research studies. The applicant will need to have strong skills, knowledge and application of basic-intermediate MR techniques. A sound understanding of business and market Research issues.

Job Description:
* 100% management of relatively simple qualitative and/or quantitative studies.
* Involvement in briefing materials.
* Ensuring all involved in the project are kept up to date with context of the research
* Previous experience writing questionnaires and guides to a high standard and be able to provide support to more junior members of the team on the principles of design.
* Previous interviewing experience as the role requires high standard interviewing skills in complex therapy areas and use of creative techniques, particularly in qualitative research.
* Provide towline feedback from central location interviews focusing on addressing primary research objectives
* Independently group and organise findings in a meaningful way to explain the results.
* Design and Produce presentations in terms of framework, structure and content
* Present detailed research findings and address client questions confidently.
* Demonstrate strong client management by ensuring information is available for updating client on project progress.
* Timely tracking of project costs.
* Advise and respond to clients questions on design and analysis.
* Proactively identify opportunities to meet client needs on current and potential future projects.
* Begin to develop coaching and mentoring of junior staff
