NURSE ADVISOR / THERAPIST
LOCATION: Various existing and new clinics -
Croydon x 1

PRODUCTS: Cosmetic surgery solutions / clinic services.
ROLE: Responsible for the clinical care of patients that may undergo one or more of a range of over 40 different procedures. Full training will be given.
Laser hair removal and some cosmetic treatments (eg. Endermologie, Collagen Replacement Therapy, Sclerotherapy, Cool Touch Laser) are carried out by nurse therapists. The nurse therapists have been specifically trained in these specialist treatments and some training is acknowledged with specialist certification.
Some specific roles are:
Pre-operative medical tests
Post-operative care e.g. Removal of sutures, wound care etc.
Administration of Collagen, Hylaform and Restylane
Sclerotherapy treatment
Liason with surgeons regarding patient care
Organisation and booking of operations

*London Clinics
Basic salary of £28,000 + opportunity to earn bonus of £1,000 - £3,000 dependent on performance.
OTE £27,000 - £29,000
All Other Clinics
Basic salary of £24,000 - £25,000 (€34,000 - €36,000 Dublin) depending on experience + opportunity to earn bonus of £1,000 - £3,000 dependent on performance.
OTE £25,000 - £28,000
Hours - 39 per week to include 2 evenings per week until 8pm and 2 Saturdays or Sundays per month. |

Interview process:
1) 10 min tel screen with Ruth Boyle – covering housekeeping details only; current RGN / distance from clinic / flex to cover Sats, Suns late nights
2) F2F with Clinic Manager to discuss CV, must be very well-presented, enthusiastic and commercially minded.
3) F2F with Bernice Berry, Business & Training manager: similar to 1st F2F, but concentrates on team-fit / personality. Bernice’s decision is final.
4) Occasionally a ½ day clinic day is arranged if 2 cands are v closely matched.

Depending on the treatment you choose, your procedure will be carried out at The Harley Medical Group's own clinics or at one of our fully registered hospitals. Many procedures can be carried out under local anaesthetic as day cases, with the minimum of disruption to your everyday routine. You will receive full, written pre-operative instructions and will be discharged with a comprehensive set of post-operative directions. Remember, if you have any questions, day or night, simply call our medical staff. All of The Harley Medical Groups clinic's are Registered under The Care Standards Act.
