NURSE ADVISOR / THERAPIST
LOCATION:Various

PRODUCTS: Cosmetic surgery solutions / clinic services.
ROLE: Responsible for the clinical care of patients that may undergo one or more of a range of over 40 different procedures. Full training will be given.
Hours - 39 per week to include 2 evenings per week until 8pm and 2 Saturdays or Sundays per month.
PT circa 20 hours a week to include at least 2 Saturdays per month (9-5) and also 2 lates per week (11-8).
We are a Nurse-led organisation and have rewarding opportunities for motivated, enthusiastic and flexible Registered Nurses who wish to capitalise on their nursing skills and training to succeed in the commercial world.
Working within a team of highly trained Nurses, you will be providing consultations and treatments to patients who are considering Laser Hair Removal and associated aesthetic / cosmetic surgery treatments so that we deliver the highest standards of care and achieve the best results.
Full initial and on-going training will be provided in-house over a 4-7 week period at one of our training locations in the UK.
Laser hair removal and some cosmetic treatments (eg. Endermologie, Collagen Replacement Therapy, Sclerotherapy, Cool Touch Laser) are carried out by nurse therapists. The nurse therapists have been specifically trained in these specialist treatments and some training is acknowledged with specialist certification.
Some specific roles are:
Pre-operative medical tests
Post-operative care e.g. Removal of sutures, wound care etc.
Administration of Collagen, Hylaform and Restylane
Sclerotherapy treatment
Liason with surgeons regarding patient care
Organisation and booking of operations |

*London Clinics
Basic salary of £28,000 + opportunity to earn bonus of £1,000 - £3,000 dependent on performance.
All Other Clinics
Basic salary of £24,000 - £25,000 depending on experience + opportunity to earn bonus of £1,000 - £3,000 dependent on performance.

Interview process:
1) 10 min tel screen – covering housekeeping details only; current RGN / distance from clinic / flex to cover Sats, Suns late nights
2) F2F with Clinic Manager to discuss CV, must be very well-presented, enthusiastic and commercially minded.
3) F2F with Bernice Berry, Business & Training manager: similar to 1st F2F, but concentrates on team-fit / personality. Bernice’s decision is final
½ day clinic day is arranged if 2 cands are v closely matched.
