Healthcare Account Executive A Healthcare Account Executive is the first step on the ladder in Healthcare Communications and Medical Communications. As a Healthcare Account Executive you are expected to support the Healthcare Account Managers and Healthcare Account Directors on specific client accounts. The purpose of the role is to control accounts and/or implement projects in order to meet the objectives of the client and the agency. This involves developing a strong client relationship and effective management of internal resources to ensure good teamwork and that company standards are maintained. Key responsibilities involve: - Client support including regular updates & reports on projects, budgeting & invoicing. Therefore, good communication and strong interpersonal skills,are essential.
- A high standard of organisation and discipline is necessary to complete all projects on time and to budget.
- As a Healthcare Account Executive you will also be involved in internal liaison with different departments to ensure efficient work practices, clear communication, briefing and feedback so the ability to work within multidiscipline teams is also essential for a Healthcare Account Executive.
- Strong project management skills are needed to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and on spec.
