Field Service Engineer Jobs Our Field Service Engineer roles typically involve the repair and servicing and/or installation of specialist scientific equipment used in laboratories in hospitals, commercial companies, academia and research institutes. Handling breakdown calls and managing maintenance call targets is part of the role as is flexibility to travel and work 'on call' hours as required.
