After 11 years in banking in London, Dublin and Frankfurt, Louise joined Zenopa as a Pharmaceutical Account Manager.

She enjoyed much success as a recruiter, working with the top pharmaceutical clients, and placing candidates in a range of pharmaceutical roles. In her 13 years at Zenopa Louise has had a variety of roles:

- Candidate Team Manager

- Contractor Manager running the Zenopa Vacancy Management sector

- Internal Training Manager

- Quality Control Manager

In her current combined role of Quality Control and Training Manager, Louise's mission is to ensure Zenopa delivers Recruitment with Integrity to our clients and candidates, and internal training to the highest standard.

This is my first experience as a contractor working with Zenopa. I have used several Pharmaceutical Recruitment agencies over the last two years, as I do not come from a science background or have any selling experience within the industry I found it extremely hard to get agencies to put me forward for any roles that were credible, however Zenopa always kept me informed on vacancies that were coming up in my area and always gave me credible information surrounding them, they supported me through the process, guided me on what I should or should not be doing and were always just a phone call away when ever I needed support no matter who I poke to.
