''I heard of Zenopa first from the magazine Pharmaceutical Field 5 years ago. Then a good friend of mine mentioned Zenopa to me again last year in July. He was saying that Zenopa is a good recruitment agency. I listened to him and contacted Zenopa. I believe that the first person I spoke to at Zenopa was Beth, with great professionalism, she went through the Zenopa process to get me a new job. My registration was done over the telephone seamlessly. It was straight forward: I explained my current job situation, sent an updated CV and a letter summarising my career successes. I stated my job preferences and answered a lot of questions. It made me feel that Beth was interested in finding me a new position. At the end of our conversation, the staff at Zenopa started to know me better and understood what I was looking for. I was blown away how quickly I was offered on the phone 6 vacancies I could apply for and I was emailed soon after to read more information about these future employers. I asked for my CV to be sent to 2 companies first. Nothing happened with my applications because I was not sure yet that I really wanted to leave my job and I left too much time following it up. I missed my chance there as in the job search field it moves on very fast. When I really made my mind this time I registered with Zenopa online creating a log in. This was mid to late January 11. I talked to Lucy and other consultants. All our conversations were very pleasant and worthwhile. By late February things started to hot up with Zenopa. Further serious job offers were made to me over the phone, completed by my applications online. By early March I was in touch with Kirsty, Dai, Debora, Claire and Alex for the pharma and medical devices arena. I also had discussions with Michele and Reena in the Dental and Animal Health sectors. I developed very soon a great and friendly relationships with Kirsty, Dai and Phil who always had time for me and genuinely helped me. This is true also for the other consultants I spoke to on the phone, the assistance I got was second to none. With them I was determined to find a job sooner rather than later. My contacts with Zenopa were very frequent and we were making very good progress. I had a few opportunities on the go. I got a first interview on the 11th March, it went really well and consequently I was invited for the 2nd stage process on 24/3. A week later to my delight I was offered my dream job. The process has been very thorough and complex. I am very grateful to Kirsty, Dai, Phil and other colleagues, without whom I would not have got this new job. They supervised me and prepared me for the interviews with the right level of information, follow ups and knowledge about the company I wished to work for.
