Zenopa is a service organisation that provides flexible, rapid and effective recruitment solutions to our clients. We specialise in the commercial side of the healthcare industry, and recruit for various markets including, Pharmaceutical, Medical, Scientific, Animal Health, Dental, Engineering, Consumer Health, and Medical Communications. Zenopa has an excellent reputation spanning over 25 years, being awarded 'Great Place to Work four years in a row, and is one of the leading recruitment agencies. With offices in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire and Leeds, the company has demonstrated fantastic growth over the past 10 years.  

Our clientele including internal companies such as GSK , Abbott, Veritek, Johnson & Johnson, Colgate, 3M, Philips, Hill+Knowlton Strategies and Novartis. We have achieved this by providing efficient and effective campaigns that specifically meet their needs. We attain these clients through building strong relationships and providing complete transparency throughout the recruitment process.

All candidates are competency interviewed and a transcript of the interview is held on file. This, we believe, is unrivalled in the industry and provides complete candidate quality audit for our ISO 9001 systems.

History

Zenopa was formed in 1991, by the current Managing Director, Mark Denton. The company was founded on the philosophy of 'Recruitment with Integrity'. Zenopa has continued to develop and expand which has been supported through the uptake of quality systems that enable consistent customer delivery.

The company has experienced a fantastic growth rate over the past 10 years. We have a passion for achieving our goals and work in a culture that is professional, fun, fast-paced and determined.
