Wave was formed in April 2001 out of a desire to provide clients with high class medical education programmes delivered by people who know what they're talking about and enjoy what they do.

The founding directors, Rod Ball and James Seed have a combined experience that exceeds 30 years in healthcare. Each of Wave's accounts is led by either Rod or James to ensure every brand represented has the seniority it deserves. Plus Wave only recruits individuals who can demonstrate solid experience and a proven track record.

This structure is designed to remove much of the frustration felt by brand managers using other agencies, who are often obliged to deal with junior staff, with varying levels of experience.
