Talley Group Limited is the UK’s largest privately owned specialist in pressure ulcer prevention and therapy. The company was founded in 1953 by Henry Talley, grandfather to present Directors Chris and John Evans and, even though our unrivalled customer base is spread throughout the world, Talley still retains the same high level of customer commitment as it did in Henry Talley’s day.
All aspects of production are carried out in house, from design, plastic polymer injection moulding, surface mount electronics, manufacturing, testing, through to servicing, either on site or on location. From our Hampshire headquarters Talley’s multi-skilled workforce use the latest technologies, including 3D modelling, CAD design software, and advanced surface mount electronics, to manufacture and test every component ensuring the highest quality standards are maintained.
Continued investment in new plant, equipment and staff training demonstrates Talley’s commitment to “agile manufacturing”. Maintaining a vertically integrated production facility shortens the process of design and production to the minimum timescales. With quality and reliability at the heart of product design, Talley use a Total Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001:2008 which is audited at six monthly intervals by the management of Talley Group Limited and our notified body.
