Arnolds' pharmaceutical division was renamed Dechra Veterinary Products in October 2005 in order to:

Build a stronger presence for the Dechra brand in the veterinary market
Ensure a cohesive and integrated global perspective for the Dechra brand in all its key companion animal territories. The group's operation has been trading under the Dechra name from the outset
Differentiate the pharmaceutical business to strengthen its market position and allow it to take advantage of new opportunities

Our Products

With a strong commitment to product development and to product support, the company's small animal portfolio includes therapies for key endocrine disorders, including Vetoryl® for the treatment of canine hyperadrenocorticism (Cushing's syndrome) and Felimazole® for the treatment of feline hyperthyroidism.

Dechra is also an important provider of equine medicine. Equipalazone® has been the market-leading product for the anti-inflammatory and analgesic relief of musculoskeletal disorders for over 30 years.

Dechra develops and delivers products that bring benefits to veterinary surgeons that translate into more effective and more efficient care for their patients and owners.
